Payments & Fees
The cost of services is standardly split into two payments:
The initial payment is a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. The final payment is the remaining balance due prior to the session. Potential additional fees include location entry fees, travel fees, and package upgrades. Please reference contract for specifics or variations.
Gallery Delivery & Archiving
Images will be delivered via digital gallery. Standard galleries are delivered within 28 days post-session, unless stated otherwise or upgraded. Event galleries are delivered within 8 weeks post-event, unless stated otherwise or upgraded. Please reference contract for specifics or variations.
Please Note: Digital galleries come with an expiration date, after which images may be permanently deleted. It is strongly recommended that clients download and back up their images prior to the expiry date.
Raw images are not provided.
Copyright & Image Use
The photographer retains full copyright of all images. The client receives personal-use rights only. Print release for personal usage is included. Images may be used for marketing, advertising, publication, or promotional purposes. Clients are given the ability to opt out by requesting and signing the model release consent withdrawal contract. Please reference contract for specifics or variations.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted at the photographer's discretion and subject to availability. Late arrivals, no shows, or multiple cancellations or reschedule requests may result in reduced shooting time or a forfeit of session without refund. Please reference contract for specifics or variations.
